## What is MFS Patient Portal?

We are pleased to introduce the MFS Patient Portal, a secure app providing access to a range of features and services from your smartphone or computer. Our goal is to make telehealth and communication with MFS staff more convenient and accessible. Here’s what the app offers:

• Secure Telehealth Sessions – Connect privately with your therapist from any location. 
• Appointment Management – Get scheduled easily or cancel appointments at will. 
• Appointment Reminders – Get notified to help you stay on track. 
• Document Management – Safely review, sign, and upload important forms and documents, including insurance cards. 
• Billing and Payments - View and pay your bill directly through the app.
