## What is MFX?

The MFX Health app from MoveFactorX redefines gold-standard movement & balance assessments, offering innovative feedback for new and meaningful insights.  The MoveSensei-H (health) module collects the movement information, sending results to the Apple device, which in turn displays near real-time results & detail.    
 
The MoveSensei-H & MFX Heath App combo still offers the number of reps, but adds innovation with a rep-by-rep breakdown of performance.  Now, you can see initial power and endurance.  Balance is no longer about pass or fail, now information defines time stable vs minor instability vs major instability.
