A phone call to a real human worked to select my PCP. ### 1/5 — Bug-filled app *2025-10-28* Tried to “chat”—just got a popup “Authentication failed!” And app went into an infinite loop ### 1/5 — NO *2024-02-19* Doesn’t work. Never loads. ### 2/5 — App Does Show All Claims *2023-03-21* Claims for 6 months and 12 aren’t working correctly. Not showing the entire amount of the claims.
