We arrive after a 6hr flight + 3hr delay only to be welcome by a 1hr wait in their lobby check in. Was hoping to use this app but it is unable to find my reservation. Tried searching for it by our check in/out dates as well as confirmation number. Keep getting the same error message “reservation not found”. I have Freeplay that appears and disappears on the same week, sometimes the same day! I really like MGM properties and go out of my way to give them my business. But the Rewards system is terrible to use! Had to leave all my stuff by the curb while I go to get a cart. Then can’t check in on the kiosks since my roommate already did but a person can check me in. Make it make sense? Why?? Both our names are on the reservation why can’t I just get a key and go in? They don’t value loyal customers they told me if I was a new customer I would receive better offers. Worst casino in Ohio and lower end casinos and hotels in Vegas. Choose ceasers every time if you’re smart! The selection process works, but when it comes to payment, the deposit is requested from the credit card (and approved), but the app shows an error that the credit card details aren’t correct. Dear MGM digital managers, when the associates on the floor agree with an irate customer trying to check in for his room that your app is useless junk, sit up any pay attention. On the main page it just errors out and clicking try again does absolutely nothing to fix it. “We’re sorry, something went wrong on our end. It shows mobile check in available initially. The actual check in never works, which asks to call the front desk. ### 1/5 — Logged in 3 different times *2026-03-30, version 26.5.0* Still don’t have my key and will need to go to front desk ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-03-12, version 26.4.1* While it does not warn you during set up, you must use your full legal name when signing up for rewards or nothing will work as expected. (I use my middle name for everything include all other rewards accounts with no issue) Once the account is created you can only make updates in person at a rewards desk so I can’t use any of the features I signed up to get in the first place. Unnecessary headache with an easy fix. In that case usually it would let you download an older copy but within this it does not. MGM gives me room offers that include free play and resort credit, that is a big plus, and usually influences my decision to stay at their properties. Sometimes the offer of free play and resort credit cancel out the resort fees and it’s like a full comp with the chance to win more. I like that I can “check in” 48 hours prior to arrival. This makes it so when I do arrive I have a good chance of being able to check in without waiting in line and make my own digital keys or use my phone as my key. When I book a trip to one of their properties I get a challenge goal during that trip that boosts my tier level or reward credits, I’ve done that successfully several times. Lastly, a benefit of this app shows me how my rewards points were accrued. I see the type of spend, and the points earned. I send electronic check in and used my MGM Gold card to get extra keys an information by passing the regular check in lines. I was showed which direction to elevators as well as a valet to take my luggage up if I needed one. The room was always cleaned perfectly and I always ask for strip view and if it’s available they give it to me. I called down and ask if I could schedule times at all the restraunt’s and we got that all done quickly. I would recommend reservations in all the main restraunt’s especially steakhouses, Italian and Chinese cuisine. When going to other areas on the strip it’s important to know during special events Uber raises there rates do it’s basically close to taking a cab which in some cases saves you walking time. When weather is nice all the pools are beautiful and spacious. I like Aria a lot since breakfast and coffee are right off the elevators. Ballagio is fantastic and the steakhouse I would highly recommend and try to get good fountain view 7:00-9:00pm. Always a please to stay and again I can’t say anything bad. A lot of concerts at the Park MGM so I would recommend Aria if going to concert. All of these 5 *****. So I called them and talk to the most sweetest lady in the world and she helped me thought it all in a matter of minutes. Not only did she help me she helped me book my room found me the cheapest date got me free slot play and got me a couple nights comped. I couldn’t believe it I’m not used to help over the phone like that it was simply put “ Excellent” so I’ll se ya in September!!!
