Finally a platform where I can organize and have immediate access to my health information. Tired of going through multiple portals and trying to connect the dots on where certain documents are located.

MHD is a game changer. As an athlete, I  always struggled keeping track of my medical records, training data, and equipment details across different systems, this finally puts everything in one place. The interface is clean, simple, and actually built with athletes in mind.

I love how easy it is to upload documents, and keep track of injuries without feeling overwhelmed. The ability to own and share my health data when I need it is huge especially during transitions between teams or providers.

You can tell this was created by people who understand the athlete experience. Excited to see how it continues to grow. Highly recommend for any serious athlete.
