Premium 1-1 Online Coaching for Casual gym users and athletes of MH Health & Performance.

Access personalised nutrition and workout plans, with the ability to log your workouts and meals as well as the option to track your progress via weekly check-in forms. Develop healthy habits and take your training to the next level whether you are a casual gym user or an athlete looking to perform at their peak. Stay in touch via the in-built app chat for continuous guidance.





 *The app is free to download. To access coaching features, a paid subscription is required. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
