The last app was buggy and now that this new release is out, I can no longer remote deposit.  With the closure of the Olive Branch and Lebonheur locations, it is getting increasingly difficult to bank with this organization. Seriously thinking of moving my mi ey elsewhere.

For two days now when I log on the app it keeps showing unavailable where my balance usually shows? Please advise I have my rent to pay and I’m not use to having issues with my money!!!!

Unable to get app support ; goes to error page. 
So I have to find support here; 

The FACEID FUNCTION Continuously disables itself. I have deleted app and reinstalled.

Always either down, or lost the password you input, that it is supposed to remember btw. If that isn’t bad enough it works fine some days , the next, nope. It was a 4 star review but I’m reasonably sure it will be down to one here soon the way they are going. If I have to do all this crap I might as well just log into it from the net and not bother with an app that doesn’t work.

I am so glad they have made an app that is easy to manage. I love that I can use fingerprint to get into my account way faster. Also love that I can deposit checks on here as well. I absolutely love it !🙌🏽

Im so glad they finally updated the app. This is way better than the original version. I can now go straight to my accounts without having to go through several different screen and I can now use face id 🙌🏾 its so much simpler.
