App decides when I can access my account and my money. Sometimes the Face ID works, sometimes not. Sometimes the username and password works, sometimes not. It’s very irritating that they have one physical bank in my city and then I can’t access my money with this app. The old app was cumbersome but at least it worked. I need to transfer $ today to pay a utility bill and it won’t let me access my account. For God’s sake, fix this!
