You'll be able to quickly, simply, and safely access your water and sewer services with this app. You'll be able to report problems, examine your account details, and make payments. No matter the time or place, with this App you will have the solution at your fingertips.

They charge even when service isn’t really provided. Sadly is the only water provider in Puerto Rico. But they shouldn’t charge for a service that is not being provided. And don’t blame nature, you just don’t do your job, other countries experience drought and they don’t have problems supplying water to the people.

This “new” app went from bad to worst. This is not user friendly and ridiculous to have especially for elderly people to work with. They truly need to hire someone who is able to create an app that’s user friendly for everyone. I have yet to see such an useless app for any other company and there are some bad ones out there but this one beats them all.
