Health data such as weight and women's health can also be manually recorded and managed.
Sleep better*
In conjunction with Xiaomi or Redmi smartwatch/band devices that has sleep monitoring functionality, you can record your sleep information every night. By conducting in-depth analysis of the different stages of sleep, including deep sleep, light sleep, and rapid eye movement, as well as monitoring your sleep heart rate, breathing quality, body movements, and other sleep-related data, the device generates a personalized sleep report. My 2nd Purchase exact same Model. Other than the Band which I Replaced on this One as Not to Lose it again. I am Throughly Happy with it and would Recommend it to anyone who needs the Features it Lists. It does them all quite well. You can Keep your Apple and Garmin Trophies 
I’ll stick with this and spend my money where it matters more.

Everything about this watch app is wrong…I would Love to edit my calories but nothing works in the settings to my watch… same with this Feedback , it doesn’t work ! I’m extremely disappointed and wish I had gone with another company.
The long lasting battery is what originally sold me to this watch.
I just want my watch to have a Working app, a User Friendly app would be great
