We tried to use the mobile lines, but they barely worked at all so we signed up with a better mobile company. The internet had many outages at home and often didn’t work. Now that we’ve moved, we’re trying to cancel and Lowi makes it nearly impossible. We can’t get through to someone and since we don’t have access to the phone lines, they won’t allow us to call and cancel. The only person we could speak to offered to lower the price of our services and then harassed us by calling non stop for days afterwards, but still refused to cancel the rest of the contract. Very disappointed in this service and we will be filing official complaints about these abusive practices. Update: we were able to get through to someone who was very nice and said she’d help us cancel.
