We tried to use the mobile lines, but they barely worked at all so we signed up with a better mobile company. The internet had many outages at home and often didn’t work. Now that we’ve moved, we’re trying to cancel and Lowi makes it nearly impossible. We can’t get through to someone and since we don’t have access to the phone lines, they won’t allow us to call and cancel. The only person we could speak to offered to lower the price of our services and then harassed us by calling non stop for days afterwards, but still refused to cancel the rest of the contract. Very disappointed in this service and we will be filing official complaints about these abusive practices. Update: we were able to get through to someone who was very nice and said she’d help us cancel. She then proceeded to ask us to stay with Lowi multiple times and when we declined she promptly hung up on us rather than process the cancellation request. 100% wouldn’t recommend Lowi to anyone. ### 1/5 — Mal funcionamiento *2026-04-13, version 2.13.0* Super mal funcionamiento de la App para la gestión de pagos, ni hablar de la atención al cliente con la que es casi imposible contactar ! Por lo demás la veo muy intuitiva y es una aplicación muy agradable de utilizar, datos claros y puedes acceder a toda la información que necesitas como usuario. Lástima que no terminan de arreglar el acceso a la app o al espacio web de mi Lowi, llevo muchos años como cliente y sigue fallando, en cuanto lo mejoren aumentaré el número de estrellas. ### 1/5 — I think these guys are scammers. *2023-02-17, version 1.99.0* I returned the router and they still charged me 80 euros for not returning it.
