## What is Mi Ruta VC?

Mi Ruta es una aplicación de Votorantim Cimentos para mejorar el servicio al cliente y para la optimización de las operaciones logísticas. Gracias a esta herramienta, nuestros colaboradores tendrán la posibilidad de informar sobre el momento en que recogen su carga, cuándo la entregan en su destino final, y al mismo tiempo podrán reportar cualquier incidencia que tengan en el camino. Los clientes, por su parte, conocerán la ubicación de todos los pedidos en cada momento.
