UIにホームボタンを組み込んで欲しい。戻るボタン連打が苦。端末のアカウントにはマイデバイスとしてタブレットが表示されているが、アプリにはなぜか表示されないなど改善点が多いと思う。

So I do like watches, but only like smart
watches which can do the same thing as  phones are really chunky and they could fall out while watches just stay on your wrist. I don’t like mechanical watches. I like smart watches but why is your tech always cheap? Are you trying to make people happy but if they’re cheap? They won’t be good quality. so I’m just going to put four stars or three stars. Okay, can you just please answer?

Die App an sich ist okay, leider ist es aber kaum möglich in Deutschland etwas zu bestellen und auch zu bezahlen. Ein Mal habe ich es nach diverse Versuchen geschafft etwas über Paypal zu bezahlen. Inzwischen möchte ich denen nicht mehr meine Daten überlassen. Kreditkarte bricht er immer wieder ab (scheinbar ohne irgendwas getan zu haben?!) und alle anderen Zahlungsmethoden sind ausgegraut und offenbar doch nicht verfügbar. So kann ich nichts kaufen. Schade.

Ich finde die App Ganz gut und übersichtlich Ladezeit ist auch okay. Über die App könnt ihr kaufen und habt die Bestellung ganz gut im Auge. Somit empfehlenswert

Die Produkte von Xiaomi sind super hochwertig ohne hochpreisig zu sein, jedoch ist diese App genauso billig wie die Produkte. Das Design passt soweit, jedoch sind die Übersetzungen teilweise holprig und Schriftarten kommen teilweise nicht mit Umlauten zurecht und so hat man ein Mischmasch an verschiedenen Schriftarten, sobald äöü vorkommt. Lieber mal muttersprachliche Fachkräfte ausleihen und die Übersetzung mal überarbeiten.

The app or mi does not allow you to change your delivery address which is highly inconvenient. Had a genuine issue where I placed the order and then realized that my delivery address was the wrong address. Tried to correct it since I didn’t want to cancel and re order but it’s against mi policy. This is something ridiculously absurd policy which is highly inconvenient for customers. Request you to not have such policies where you are causing inconvenience with unnecessary delays.

Googleのアカウントでブラウザからmiアカウント？を作成したのですがアプリからはGoogleの選択肢が出てこないです。
どの様にログインすればいいのでしょうか？

また、ログインしてないのにポイント利用の通知が来ました。
何が勝手に利用されたのでしょうか？

I ordered pad 6 on 16 july and it was not delivered to me yet.
I have registered complaint twice about the order, first time they told to deliver the order in 24 hours, second time in 72 hours And when I called today to your service executive he put my phone on hold for 42 minutes

Après un mois de réparation sur ma trottinette électrique qui avait le garde-boue avant qui s'est desserré au fil du temps, ce qui bouge et fait des bruits étranges (aucun choc ne s'est avéré sur la trottinette). La Fnac m'envoie un devis de 182€. Je rappelle que la trottinette est couverte d'une garantie constructeur de 2 ans. À quoi sert la garantie si c'est au final pour que les défauts de fabrication ne soient pas couverts? (Ce n'est ni moi, ni un choc qui a causé la panne. Ça c'est fait tout seul). Les défauts de fabrication sont censés être couvert, c'est le principe d'une garantie. De plus les produits de Xiaomi sont de mauvaises qualités, en si peu de temps, il se desserre, fait des bruits étranges. Le SAV Fnac est incompétent, j'avais acheté sur Fnac exprès pour qu'il y ait une garantie, mais visiblement celle-ci ne sert à rien. Je vous assignerai en justice

Le magasin : Propose les produits plus cher que les autres commerçants pour légitimer les points mi et autres bons de réduction. L'application : une honte d'optimisation, du panier jusqu'a la validation de l'achat l'application se rafraichit a chaque basculement d'appli, sympa de devoir tout remettre quand on veut utiliser une carte virtuelle. impossible de télécharger une facture d'achat le bouton "Télécharger la facture" la rend uniquement accessible en lecture. L'application est lente, la navigation insupportable et pas moyen de revenir directement à la home sans devoir faire précédant a chaque fois.
