Flashing up banners on my Lock Screen asking if I want a taxi. I’ll let you know when I need a taxi thanks.

Not the cheapest in Nuneaton now either.

This new app is rubbish, whenever I add a card it never works and Apple Pay never works on it either. The old app was so much better but since they’ve brought out this new app neither of the apps work. Sort it out MI as the reason I used the app in the first place was so I could pay on card.

Every time I pre book a taxi with the actual time, it goes back to the nearest time that you DON’T want.

The pre-Booking needs updating to we’re it’s say this is the time that you want    I do NOT HAVE THAT on the app ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I never book using the blue dot on the map as the pick up location - always select the full address from the list with full postcode.  When the booking is accepted the driver just sees a geo-location that no-one understands and usually ends up ringing to say "where are you?!" Why not transmit the full booking details to them?
