What is more - surprises - from Triple S when you arrive to the doctor and you have appointment. Suddenly, if you have Triple S Pocket (bad luck), doctor tells you you need and order from another doctor - because Triple S put a new clever rule. And you spend the phone day trying to reach 3 call centers: insurance, your clinic, your doctor - to figure out that your day is wasted, because this is not the office day for your physician.
