### 5/5 — Most useful

### 2/5 — Can’t get app on iWatch

*2026-04-30*

Downloaded app on my iPhone. The app shows it’s connected to my watch, but I can’t get the app to show up on my iPhone.

**Developer response:** Please contact our support team, and we will take a closer look at the issue and help you troubleshoot it further.

### 5/5 — Very motivating!

*2026-04-15*

I love this app! As a busy working mom it really motivates me to get my heart rate up where I can, even it’s just on a few short breaks during my day.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the kind feedback! It’s really great to hear that the app helps motivate you in a busy daily life :)

### 5/5 — Top training app

*2025-04-18, version 2.8.1*

Simple to understand and very effective!

### 5/5 — Fitness backed by science

*2025-04-18, version 2.8.1*

I’m very happy with this app. It does what it says on the tin in giving population level estimates of VO2max.

What it doesn’t mention (as far as I can see) is the accuracy of the VO2max estimate. I think it overestimates mine by over 10% when compared to lab tests about 18 months ago when I think I was at least as fit as I am now. I know I can redo the lab test and MIA will enter this value into the app.

Additionally, the changes in VO2max estimates don’t correlate with the swings in performance on a Wattbike where I record heart rate and Wattage. So for example, I’m just recovering from a viral infection and my performance plummeted but there was just a slight reduction in VO2max.

But generally a motivating and good app as long as you accept that the specific figures are approximations for each person.

### 3/5 — Trying to figure out exactly how this works

*2024-12-19*

Hello, I would love to use this app. I think it’s genius (who doesn’t want a “100” every day?) and based on great research- unfortunately, the fitness age and VO2 sections seem a little bit off, as it is showing me as having a VO2 max of 16 and a fitness age of 80, no matter what I do. Even Fitbit is giving me a VO2 max of 35 which isn’t good by any stretch but it’s not 16.😂

Everyone is telling me this must be on purpose as to be motivational. I can’t see how that would be a great idea.

Thanks for any insight.

**Developer response:** Hi! Thank you for your feedback. It seems like there might be something wrong with your initial calculation, which is based on the information you entered in the app upon registration. Please contact our support team who will happily help you with this issue! :)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me

*2024-11-22, version 2.3.0*

I’m a regular gym goer and consider myself reasonably fit. However, when I started using the app, it bizarrely assumed that my fitness age was 12 years older than my chronological age. I have now used the app for twelve days, with an average AQ of about 160. The app reckons the it will take another month or so at this level to reach parity between my fitness and chronological ages. I think this unexplained initial assumption of my fitness age renders it fairly useless for me. I have therefore cancelled my subscription.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2024-11-07, version 2.3.0*

Awesome metric and App

### 4/5 — App seems good so far

*2024-01-06, version 1.5.0*

Keeping me accountable for my exercise. One annoying thing about the app is I have to log in frequently. I check the app through my iPhone (connected through my Apple Watch).
