…und statt einfach die Gästekarte in Papierform an der Sesselbahn zu akzeptieren, machen die Angestellten einen riesigen Aufstand, weil „Die Fahrt ja gezählt und registriert“ werden muss. Dafür müssen die Bahnen aber auch mit drei Menschen besetzt werden, weil es diese Probleme wohl öfter gibt (was aber nicht zugeben).

Überkompliziertes und schlecht durchdachtes Konzept. Alles in allem eine Zumutung. Es ist völlig unklar wozu die App dienen soll und wie man sie anwendet, um zB mit dem Lift zu fahren. Es stellt sich heraus, dass man nicht nur für die überflüssige Registrierung mit einer Email sondern auch bei jeder Nutzung online sein muss. Das ist nur nicht jeder und auch am Lift brauchte es mehrere Anläufe seitens der Mitarbeiter. Alternativ gibt es einen offline Prozess, den unser Gastgeber aber nicht kannte. Am Ende zeigt man als Familie einfach das Papier mit dem QR code am Lift vor und fertig. Dass ist die einfachste Varainte und beweist, dass die App überflüssig ist. Leisten Sie sich mal erfahrere Entwickler und UX Experten und jagen ihre jungen, ignoranten Marketing-Sepples davon.
