Now on the “report a concern” tool you can’t select any departments. It’s informative, but basically useless. ### 3/5 — Unfortunately they took out ‘Report a Concern’ *2022-07-26, version 1.6.3* I’ve used the app for years to report issues to the City and get results. It’s been fantastic - but now they have disabled that feature. I’m basically left with the Trolley Tracker feature. :( ### 2/5 — Shows promise, but flaws limit usefulness *2016-03-20, version 1.1.1* It sort of works, but forcing you to login in with a email and password every single time means I might as well wait until I'm in front of computer rather than use the app. It doesn't even retain the username. Now there are no items in the drop down. The city of Miami Beach was absolutely fantastic of taking care of those concerns. Now we are all left with nothing. I’m only hoping and praying the city of Miami Beach doesn’t go the direction of every other major city in this country and turn into a crap hole. I actually walked to the cities customer service desk to inquire what was going on with the app, and I was met by employee that didn’t even know it existed. It’s been this way for a few months. Totally inaccurate. ### 2/5 — Awful New Trolley Tracker *2024-03-17, version 2.0.5* The trolley tracker in this app used to be very accurate and reliable. Unfortunately, the latest update rendered the tracker almost useless: updates only occur irregularly, half the trolleys are ghosts without live data, and some trolleys physically appear at a stop without showing on their route in the app. Lastly: why do the arrows in the icons for routes A and B both point clockwise? Please bring back the old version! ### 2/5 — Cannot report a concern *2023-01-22, version 1.6.3* You cannot "report the concern" anymore because there's nothing to pick from the drop-down menu for "request type". It will not allow you to complete the alert for something to be remedied. I walk several miles a day and see things that need to be fixed or repaired it. It's always been done in a timely manner by the city of Miami Beach but when you cannot report and be concerned, citizens becomes very frustrating and that should be fixed immediately. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Effective application to improve the city *2025-01-04, version 2.0.6* Helps me report citywide incidents by issue type with images & location recognition. Would like future versions to 1. Enable ‘Share’ from phone photo to application and enable pop up widget and input optional a. text and b. location; 2. precise location recognition (it currently seems to require an approximate address.. I like how uber shows current location with accuracy and you can move ‘pickup’ pin) 3. Disable category select requirement 4. View city reply / comments under ‘My requests’ 5. Enable secondary media upload and follow up comments 6. Enable ‘share publicly (with anonymity) feature to enable other citizens to view and comment .. St. Petersburg’s setup of SeeClickFix does this well. Thank you dearly! ### 5/5 — Game-changer! *2024-09-30, version 2.0.6* This app has been a game-changer for me as a resident! I use it regularly to report things like broken streetlights and trash issues, and the city is quick to respond and address the problems. The app is super convenient for staying updated on local events. Overall, it’s made interacting with city services so much easier, and I really appreciate how it helps keep our community running smoothly. I use it several times per week to address issues such as burnt out street lights, public garbage cans that need to be emptied, graffiti removal, broken irrigation sprinklers, abandoned bike removal, etc. This app pin points location and gives ability to attach picture. The city does a great job in completing these requests and then they send you an email to let you know the disposition of your service request. This alley is a disgrace to our neighborhood. We have residences on the east side and businesses on the west side of the alley. West side is the Alton Rd businesses. CVS, Lime Restaurant, Bella Napoli, liquor store, 7-11, Gas Station. Lime does not maintain their dumpster. I posted this with a picture yesterday. I received an email from the city saying it was handled and closed. What took 2 clicks before now takes at least 4 because you removed the feature to add favorite stops. The text size has also been reduced to the point that I can barely read.
