I’ve tried logging out and back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. It works when it wants too, it doesn’t load most of the time. And tickets from weeks ago stay on there. I have called 4-5 times and emailed at least twice and gotten zero traction and spoken to nobody. Nobody there will help me. Why all this labor exploitation if you aren't going to give a good product? You hate your workers, you hate your customers, you hate your city. "Heat Culture" is exploiting at every step and spitting on all of us. And if you're gonna do that, AT LEAST HAVE A GOOD TEAM! Literally, what is the point??? Your workers need to unionize. So you can do that just with the scores and how much time is left. That’s all this app is perfect 🤩 this just one idea. This app is my favorite I’ve been using it a lot and I adore it 🥰.
