“Click-Bait” style headlines makes it feel cheap, unfriendly format
No ability to customize the news categories you want vs. what they want you to see. No search capabilities.
Regarding the most recent format for reading through the “newspaper” it’s not user friendly, definitely not intuitive, and impossible to scan through to find articles of interest. Can it get any worse? Sure, give their amateur programmers more time and they’ll make it a total click bait extravaganza.

One of the best newspapers in the USA.
I have even learned some expressions that I have used when communicating with friends, and/or trying to get a job as a journalist.
Thank you Miami Herald for keeping us informed.

Finally Cancelled Subscription
After years of reporting sign in problems and lack of accessibility to the email address provided in the responses to reviews and nothing being fixed, I’ve finally cancelled my subscription. It’s disappointing, as I really want to support local journalism, but I can’t justify the price when I can’t even access the content after paying for it.
