Hi,

after discussions with many moms and nannies for many months, I am wondering if there is something possible to do about the drivers demanding folding the strollers before coming in. It’s quite difficult to unload all the bags with necessary baby items from the stroller storage, hold the bags, hold the baby and fold the stroller the same time and load it up inside the bus. 

If the trolley should be a community service we feel very excluded from be able to use it.

The parks and libraries are empty because we just cannot get there by walking distance and we gave up on transportation opportunity which making us frustrated

This is app for tracking a free public transportation, but it won’t even let me do anything without adding a form of payment, which makes zero sense. It doesn’t matter whether I will be charged or not, that shouldn’t be a requirement.

**Developer response:** This app does not ask for any kind of information, personal or otherwise.  Perhaps you tapped on the advertisement banner and it took you to a website.

Have to keep closing and reopen app to find where trolleys are instead of clicking a refresh button. Also driver of orange bus number 18 on Saturday Feb 26 around the afternoon (1-2pm) was talking on her phone for a good amount of time while driving not wearing a mask and missed someone stop even though they requested it.

This app used to be great, but it was stopped tracking trolleys for some weeks now. I simply can’t see ANY trolleys on the map! It’s hugely irritating, esp as I heavily rely on this app to get around. What is going on?!?!?!

This used to be a really good app, but recently, in the city of Miami, it is completely incorrect. if you look at the map, it says a trolley went by, when there was not a trolley in real life. And then when there’s a real life trolley, it’s not reflected in the app. I don’t know what happened, but it’s not working anymore.

I use this app everyday to find out when the nearest trolley is coming instead of waiting in the heat — as the Miami-Dade app only seems to have buses and is a terrible app. This one is really easy to use and so glad to have it! A+!!! Please make more public transport apps in South Florida!

It’s nice to have a general idea of where nearby trollies are—and this app provides that. Makes getting around the city easy for a tourist.

Also fun to tap the trollies and see which route they’re running.

A wishlist item: it would be cool if I could ask the app to display all routes all at once. It appears I can only see one at a time, by tapping a trolley running that route.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind review! I think if we displayed all the routes at once it would be a lot of data on the screen, and I think (like you do) that it's fun to tap around and discover the network.
