I can’t get it to load whatsoever ### 4/5 — Add lot size in list description and room sizes *2020-02-28, version 2.8.2* I love the app. I wish the MIBOR app and site both displayed lot size in the list description . Also it’d be awesome if your site and the app listed room dimensions because the pictures taken usually aren’t true. We have a very broad area that we’re looking in and styles from Victorian to log cabins. I have a minimum preferred but it varies with the type of house and location. it would make searching through 100’s of houses a little quicker. Other than that I’m happy with the app 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ### 3/5 — Needs improvement. *2019-03-02, version 2.8.2* I am a realtor and I use this app for various purposes, the issue that I am having with this app is that the search is not as smooth. Wish it would list HUD/Short Sale/foreclosures as well. If you filter for 2 baths it also includes 1.5 baths. Then you have to pull down and read each one to find out if it's really a half or full bath. ### 4/5 — Updates have made this app much better! *2016-04-21, version 2.5.9* Lots to like about the app. Updates have fixed the issues of crashing and also not working on iPhone 6s. Only to fall in love with a home and find out it is already under contract. This application is up to date with the current property info. And it's easy to navigate. The app will not accept my login info from my full web account. Zillow's app has continuity between the web and mobile app, catch up! ### 1/5 — Unorganized *2014-05-06, version 2.3.4* This app is not user friendly to those whom are not in the business of listing homes. The search engine fails to respond to more than most of commands. It "says" it will search by school, neighborhood, specific location, etc. BUT most of the time it tells me "search not found" or it freezes and is "loading" for ages on end. Absolutely NOT helpful to anyone that is NOT a realtor! ### 2/5 — Love and hate the app *2022-07-13, version 2.8.2* Love how quick it is to access up until today when it’s not working at all. The design is hardly user friendly. The only reason I have it is so I can send the Mibor listing to my realtor. I use Redfin and Zillow regularly. This app need many more filter options. It needs a better layout on the map. It needs an option for eliminating properties you’ve already looked at. Looking at property photos needs to be more seamless. And for some ridiculous reason there is more information about properties available on Redfin and Zillow than on this app. Definitely not my go to and I wouldn’t even use it if my realtor didn’t need the Mibor listing. ### 2/5 — Very buggy *2021-09-21, version 2.8.2* Judging by the reviews and the app of course, this has not been updated in quite some time. When I try to use any feature, the app shuts down. Is anything being done with bug fixes in this app? ### 2/5 — Outdated *2021-06-17, version 2.8.2* The app is very outdated compared to Zillow, Realtor, and the many others. ### 2/5 — No results available *2019-05-29, version 2.8.2* Frequently, in the middle of a search by area, the app clears and suddenly says “No results available”. It usually takes searching three or four times to get any properties to show up again. Then it will show a few and go blank again. Very glitchy, almost unusable. ### 2/5 — Constantly says no results *2019-05-28, version 2.8.2* Anytime I zoom in or out, it always says no results found. After I reply to the dialog box, it then shows me the result. The MIBOR website developers should take note.
