After having a renewal consultation and my previous scripts expiring, the app now says I have no active scripts. I have to open each text message script link individually and pay separate $15 shipping fees for each product. Almost $50 just to ship my medication each month is ridiculous and unsustainable. Tried emailing customer support and was told I had to call. Tried calling and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told “sorry but we can’t do anything about the app playing up,” so I will yet again be changing providers.
