Absolutely terrible. Wanna go paperless? Figure out how to make an app. ### 1/5 — Almost Impossible to Use *2024-06-04* Lots of issues with submitting a warranty claim. Spent days talking with customer service to try and get my profile set up and get access to different features in the app. Very frustrating. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review! ### 1/5 — Sorry Michelin but this app stinks *2023-08-23* Not user friendly, and hard to get the right permissions settings.
