No matter how you slice it meat and eggs and dairy feed pathogens in the body and force the body to produce adrenaline that will eventually cause disease. They raise CRP a bio-inflammatory marker that leads to heart disease. My bodybuilding friend died at age 50 from this. Dropped dead tho in “perfect shape.” Coffee also leads to adrenal fatigue. I really like David as a person but this information is in accurate.
