We set up the account with my name, account number, social, etc. The app will work fine for a few months then one day when I go in to pay my bill, it has my name pre filled but no account number or social. It directs me to call customer support who then says, “Everything looks fine on my end, try logging in again” but every time I log in, it takes me to the page to add my account.
