Please add an option to show actual usage units per month (Total Therms). You can use Discover or MasterCard to pay in the App and we continue to work with Visa and AmEx to enable them as a credit card options as well. I either am not directed to my account or the payment amount doesn’t reflect the billing usage amount. I am told to pay a specific amount but still get behind in balanced owed the next billing. I tried budget billing but was out of sync with due date and often recommended to stop budget cycle and pay regular payment. I have asked for help in order to better understand how to straighten this out but it ends up being only repeating itself. Ive never even been able to use this piece of crap. Fix your app. ### 2/5 — It keeps resetting *2024-10-04, version 2.16.0* I’ve had it happen about 4 times since I moved here (we moved in January, it’s October). We set up the account with my name, account number, social, etc. The app will work fine for a few months then one day when I go in to pay my bill, it has my name pre filled but no account number or social. It directs me to call customer support who then says, “Everything looks fine on my end, try logging in again” but every time I log in, it takes me to the page to add my account.
