I have not been able to “transfer” my account to the new app. Attempts to seek help through the sight “@thnks” get undeliverable mail response. When I try to recover my password I get “no account under that email”. I try to open a new account using me email and I get “there is already an account under this email”. ### 1/5 — Ordering in app never worked before the update, will change rating if it’s fixed *2023-03-16, version 12.0.1* This is my first order since the update. Hoping it worked! Previously order would look like it went through, credit card would notify me of the charge, then when I went to pick up my order the store would have no order. This happened EVERY time so I started calling in my order instead. We’ll see what happens today. Also, this stupid app asked me for a rating while I was in the middle of an order. VERY poor programming ### 1/5 — Not a Good Start *2023-03-12, version 12.0.1* App doesn’t remember anything: your credit card, your orders. No credit for your rewards; SHOWS that you have them, it doesn’t allow you to USE them. Much like the previous online interface: awesome pizza, great people (in the store) - terrible tech execution and marketing. Needs some work. But we still love Mici! ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2021-05-06, version 10* I downloaded this app, spent time deciding what to order, decided to “join,” spent time filling out address information. It was suppertime, so my mouth was now watering. However, when I got ready to fill out some final information, there seemed to be a glitch. I tried five times to put in my birth date. It would not accept it. I hoped I could go to the next screen to complete the order, but no. I deleted the app and will go back to the old standby, the telephone. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all *2021-05-05, version 10* Won’t take credit card info at all…it’s a menu app only. Garbage ### 1/5 — Restaurant good, app bad *2021-02-24, version 10* Restaurant is still great. I wish I didn’t have to use this app. It cannot save my credit card information. It says it can, it never does. I need to type the whole thing in every time. It still can’t keep me logged in—and the login info is at the bottom of the page, so I don’t see it when I open the app. Never once have I gotten the rewards to work. Twice now only part of my order has been transmitted to the restaurant. Mici’s — love you! I hear you want to go national. You need a new app! Mici’s is a wonderful restaurant, however, this new app is significantly worse than the old one. 1) the old app kept me logged in , the new one requires me to log in each time. 2) I have several times accidentally deleted my shopping cart. Don’t hit anything like “order” when in the middle of an order. 3) it is hard to cancel or hit the back button if you change your mind during something. 4) there is a picture if the food, but no description. I often don’t know if I want to customize something or not, I don’t know what the “standard” is. The old app was one of the easiest restaurant apps I have used. The new one is one of the most frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not an app, just the mobile website *2021-02-20, version 10* The “app” is simply the same interface and functionality as the mobile website.
