I trained in the Pilates method in my twenties and these workouts are true to the training I learned many years ago. It’s great that it comes without the expensive fees of private studio Pilates. The workouts are short, challenging, and effective! Highly recommend.

Loved this class. I loved that Micki provided alternatives for more support or ease. Great instructions and reminders to relax the neck and shoulders.
