Section 7 of the EULA states that they reserve the right to restrict access to content for any reason without notice. Well… I loved this app. It seemed to have 90% of the songs I looked up, and it had lead vocals (re-recorded) on most of them. And then one day, very recently, I went to play through my list of seventy-something songs while I cooked. Thirty-five songs later, the playlist ends, and I have yet to hear half of the tracks I recall queueing. Well, turns out they're no longer available. Mostly songs from musicals. I had a lot in my Favorites list and Recently Played list. Well… they also got cut in half or more. 50-60% of the library of songs I was learning are just no longer available!! I don't even get to see what they all were to write them onto another list; they're just gone! I looked up some of the ones I remembered adding and a few appeared again, but they weren't the same versions for some reason. (Example: "Confrontation" from Jekyll & Hyde has two versions, the main difference being their intros. One version disappeared, only to be replaced with the other.) I don't know how many tracks just got reworked and how many are no longer available, but I can say that my top five favorite songs are no longer playable, so I'm upset with this app.

In terms of functionality, there isn't a better karaoke app out there (it goes a over and beyond to deliver exceptional features, and I utilized them all)… except the Settings menu is bugged (FAQ button does nothing, Contact Us button leads to inactive link, EULA is just that). Would also be nice if I could make it not shuffle my queue every time I launch the app.

If I could pay for access to libraries that are limited sometimes, then I would. This app has been invaluable for my prepping my live karaoke endeavors. But this app is entirely free — no ads, no purchases, nothing. So having content disappear is just getting what I paid for — nothing.

Absolutely under rated, I found all songs I wanted for free, with back up tones or whatever it’s called. Definitely better than most karaoke apps with subscription. Thanks for the devs for making it available for everyone and I hope that doesn’t change. Even though there’s no record feature, which would complete the app, I have no complaints. Thanks to the devs again, keep up the good work.
