## What is Microama?

Microama is a quiet, private journal for an Amanita muscaria microdosing protocol. It keeps the record. It does not tell you what to take.

A protocol is easy to start and hard to keep track of.
Which day of the cycle is this?
Was yesterday a rest day?
Did last week feel any different from the one before?
Microama answers those questions without turning your practice into a spreadsheet.

WHAT IT DOES

• Follow a protocol — one day on and two off, four days on and three off, or every other day — and always know which day of the cycle you are on
• Log an intake in a few taps: amount, form, timing, and whether it was on an empty stomach
• Back-fill a day you forgot, or correct one you got wrong
• Check in on how you feel: a quick mood scale, or sliders for energy, focus, calm, sleep and creativity
• Choose which of those you want to track, and change your mind later without losing what you already logged
• See a calendar of your cycle at a glance, with the amount marked on every day you logged
• Watch a seven-day trend of what you have been tracking
• Keep it in sight on your home screen: a widget carries the day of the cycle, the dose it calls for and today's well-being — a reminder in passing, and one tap to the screen you need
• Get a reminder on dose days and an evening nudge to check in
• Export everything as CSV or JSON, whenever you want, for whatever you want

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your doses, your notes and your check-ins are stored on your phone. There is no feed, no account required, and nothing to share. Sign in with Apple is optional and exists only so your entries can follow you to another device.

If you want a second lock, turn on Face ID or a four-digit passcode in Profile. And if you ever want out, one tap deletes everything.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Microama is a tracker, not medical advice! It does not sell, supply or point you towards any substance, and it will not tell you that more is better. Whatever your protocol involves, treat it seriously and talk to a healthcare professional who knows your history — especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a condition to consider.

You must be 18 or over to use the app.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-07

A fix for the dose wheel.

• Above one gram the wheel repeated itself — 1.1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2 — because it rounded every label to a single decimal. Each notch now reads as its own amount: 1.05 is 1.05
• The same rounding sat on amounts you had already logged, so the home screen, the calendar and the widget could show 1.05 g as 1.1 g. They now show exactly what you dialled
• The well-being row on the dose screen has lost its smiling face — just the word

Still no account required, still nothing to share, and your data still exports whenever you want.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-06

The cycle now lives on your home screen.

• A new widget in two sizes: the day of your cycle, the dose it calls for, and the bar of dose and rest days. The wide one adds today's well-being — the five-point scale and a tap to check in
• A tap on the widget opens exactly what you pointed at: the dose sheet, the calendar, or your check-in
• Missed a day? Tap any date in the calendar — you can now log how you felt then, not only what you took
• Fixed: Profile insisted the language was English whatever you had chosen. The tab bar, the dose screen and the widget itself are fully translated now

Still no account required, still nothing to share, and your data still exports whenever you want.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-28

Microama now speaks your language.

• The whole app is translated into German, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Hindi — protocols, reminders, check-ins and all
• Sync is live: sign in with Apple and your entries follow you to another device. Your health notes stay on your phone and are never sent
• The dose adjustment screen opens cleanly now, and Cancel behaves itself
• Buttons and rows respond wherever you tap them, not only on the text

Still no account required, still nothing to share, and your data still exports whenever you want.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-08-25

No release notes.
