Can you plz under selections make a convent for for microblading artists that’s doesn’t say your a apprentice. That’s the only reason I decided not to use the app is bc there is no choice for convent forms for this unless your an apprentice and I’m not. Plz!!!!

We have been using this program for about six months now and I have found some issues that if resolved would make it great. The first issue is it does not automatically save, so IF a client hits the back button to try to edit something the chart disappears and they have to start over. Nightmare. IF the client hits any of the buttons along the bottom when answering their questions their chart disappears. All the choice buttons should be at the top so they don’t get pushed by accident.keep in mine if either of these things happen the client has to start over completely which makes you run behind if you have back to back appointments. 
On the medical form a HUGE problem is the client needs to select the box below the question. Very few clients can follow this for some reason and just about every chart I get lists health issues that when I question the person about their answer is ‘oh I must have pushed that by accident’. Why isn’t the box beside the question? That would make it so much easier and the paperwork more accurate. I wish I could attach all my photos and have one place to keep everything but I understand it is not a photo storage app so that is understandable but I would pay more for that feature rather than pay for Dropbox so it should be considered by the owner of the app. It is better than the last program we had which was Cosmetic Release Forms that one ran very slow, would freeze and randomly not let us open it which this one doesn’t do that so overall we are happy with it other than when our clients delete their entire chart. I am leaving this review because I believe this would be an easy fix with the feedback and don’t see an option to email this info to them.

Loved how easy it was and the time it saved me, however, now it’s not working at all. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it three times and it keep saying there is an error. I’m glad I checked before my appt today and have the plan b to print something out. If anyone can help me getting this reloaded and working, that would be great!

It would be nice if I was able to add my logo to these forms. Like your competitors PMU Sign. The forms look very plain other than that its nice to be paperless.

Really liking this app even though I’m very new to it.  Only issue I have so far is that is wont rotate to horizontal, which is unfortunate as I’m using an IPad :(

Would be nice to add my logo to the forms too, is that possible?

This app is all you need as a Microblade Artist. I love ghat the electronic files are editable and all client files can be stored. Also drawing strokes and practicing can even be done. Let’s not forget to mention that measuring and preshaping can be done. I completely recommend

Game changing for artists that want to go paperless for client records. Very pleased.

Pros:
-very easy to use
-I like that you can edit and create your own forms.
-reasonable pricing

Minor things I would change:
-Wish checkboxes has a yes or no option. 
-Also that clients didn't have to fill out all their info for multiple forms. 
- no choice to add forms or edit forms for returning clients

This app has saved me money from printing papers, buying ink and time that it takes along with the headache of keeping track of all my paperwork. It’s perfect for all my PMU clients and wished I had known about it 2 years ago. It’s a MUST HAVE for anyone in this industry!

This app has been so incredibly helpful to my Microblading business! It is super incredibly easy to navigate and everything is right at your fingertips to refer back to anytime you need it! I highly recommend this app for any Microblading technician, whether you are just starting out or whether you have been practicing for years! It is a game changer!!

I was enjoying this app. Up until I tried to type out a consent form and the app keeps saying error every time I try to save, and deleting my work. I would have loved to keep using this app but unfortunately I think I am going to delete it and cancel my subscription. I’ve tried to contact support and my call is rejected every time .

I’ve tried several times to load the app and now all of my saved clients and their information are gone. I pray that the health department doesn’t ding me for not having my forms!!

Paid for an unlimited subscription and now it won’t let me do any more consent forms and when I go to upgrade it it won’t allow me.

I have emailed and never received a response to help me with my issues. I’m really irritated because all my clients info when I vein it is just a grey screen I need help and still haven’t received any help. This is the last attempt after this I’m unsubscribing to this app and moving on.

Every time I try and have a client fill out the form it keeps deleting their info and making them start again .  I also cannot find a way to contact the app so ask for help on how to fix this problem.  I paid for 20 forms and I have not been able to use any which leaves in a situation when I have a client

I paid for unlimited subscription but it is not allowing me access. I have confirmed on itunes that it has been paid for and it is up to date. 

There is no where to contact developer to advise of issue.

I love how easy it is to setup and customize paperwork. The best part is I hardly have anything to do because they add new paperwork like Covid sheets right away. They also have the most spectacular customer service. If something for some reason goes wrong the owner themselves will help you the moment she finds out.

I use this app for my paperless forms for 2 years now and I love that they are always updating and helping the subscribers with their businesses! It’s by far the best app for paperless consent forms for any PMU micropigmentation procedures. The customer service is excellent too, Ana is always available to answer my questions.
