## What is Microbyte Admin?

Microbyte Admin is the internal field management app for Microbyte Managed Services engineers.
Stay on top of your workload with quick access to support cases, customer details, EV charger monitoring, fleet and journey logging, and overtime and expense claims, all from your phone.

Security: app now requires Face ID / Touch ID on every relaunch, blocks screenshots and copy-out, and prompts again before revealing WiFi keys.

Cases: in-app composer for replies, with internal notes posted from your account and external messages sent from the Microbyte support address, plus a recipient picker pulling authorised contacts. Click-to-call auto-logs to the case, photos can be attached, and drafts autosave. Notifications can now be turned on/off per category in Settings.
