## What is MicroGuide?

MicroGuide provides medical organisations, hospitals, Health Boards and NHS Trusts with the ability to collaboratively create, edit, and publish their own local guidance and policies.


With guidance downloaded directly to your device, there is no need to worry about internet connectivity in your hospital or organisation. You will always have access to the content you need locally.


All content updates are automatic. Once a new version of a guide has been published it is automatically downloaded in the background to your device.


Medical calculators and algorithms can be included, allowing you to easily view and inspect calculations in real time. With instant full search capability across entire guide sets, on average guidance is accessed on the App every 8 seconds.


 The updated MicroGuide app contains the following;
 - Social login to allow users to carry over their guidelines and policies between devices
 - An updated layout
 - Improved search function
 - Tools section to easily access drugs lists and calculators
 - Faster downloads and less storage space used

### 1/5 — Unable to download guides

When I try to download guides, the download symbol shows, but nothing happens. I’ve tried being connected to the internet through WiFi, or through data and I’ve tried on a different phone and I’ve had no luck at all. 

I’m also struggling to find app support on the developers site to get this problem sorted.

I am trying to select Northwick Park Hospital (the hospital I work out) and it says guide does not exist for hospital whilst the rest of the staff are currently using the app. 
Very disappointed please fix

I do not have any professional Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts, so why is the only syncing a social log on. Have a look at your target audience and provide username and password authentication !!

Update: developer clearly doesn’t understated the issue. There is an anonymous option - which does not allow you to take details to another device.
