However, now the app will not load any guidelines. Tried deleting individual guidelines and entire app and reloading to no avail. Needs urgent update. A lot of other users in my hospital have same issue. Then this latest navy rebranding wrecked everything. Now the app crashes and checks for updates constantly. Then when it finds no update it just refuses to work requiring me to uninstall then reinstall my guides. All of this in the middle of a consultant ward round leaves me looking like an idiot. I’ve tried being connected to the internet through WiFi, or through data and I’ve tried on a different phone and I’ve had no luck at all. I’m also struggling to find app support on the developers site to get this problem sorted. ### 1/5 — Can’t select my hospital *2021-09-20, version 6.0.5* I am trying to select Northwick Park Hospital (the hospital I work out) and it says guide does not exist for hospital whilst the rest of the staff are currently using the app. Very disappointed please fix ### 1/5 — New Update is Crap *2021-07-02, version 6.0.0* The app keeps crashing and the pages don’t load. Have a look at your target audience and provide username and password authentication !! Update: developer clearly doesn’t understated the issue.
