The app is useless, it keeps crashing with the last update and can't view the cameras at all

Save your money and get a set of dummy cameras because that’s exactly what you get with this app, a whole bunch of blank screens. The NVR is rubbish and the app is by far the worst thing I’ve ever installed on my phone (and I installed the Covidsafe app). I am at the stage that after just a few months I’m considering forking out another grand on top of everything to just replace this trash with a Hikvision NVR so I can actually view my cameras on my phone.

I run 4 stores with 8 cameras and I must say these are nothing but a frustration.
Constantly won’t connect to my app. I have shut the app down several times then refresh and then just maybe it will connect.
If you want to spend a lot of time refresh and stuffing around this is the product for you.

Been using this app from quite sometime but the issue is every time I want to check what’s out front of the house it doesn’t let me open the app it closes itself. This is something that’s need to be look into.

What is the point of spending money on an expensive system that can only be controlled via connecting directly to the unit? The functionality regarding time settings to control the camera alarms CANNOT be controlled by the app! How ridiculous! So if I want to change ANY time and day alarms I have to log into the main unit via the console! This involves getting a screen , mouse, etc to a unit on a high shelf in an walk-in wardrobe . Seriously what is the point? Then the navigation of the app has obviously given zero thought to customer experience . The menus are not intuitive , clearly zero customer testing was done.

Since my app auto updated I cannot even open the app. Can someone please assist in how to rectify this issue?

This is a joke. Can someone please fix this rubbish app! What’s the point of having security cameras when you can’t even view them!

Have had the app for close to a year now, always simple and easy to use. Playback is slow via 4G but fast when over the network.
