The hassle I have been going through for a couple days now just to get a replacement is ridiculous. I chose this company over the subscription scent services since there is no obligation. However, the hassle with customer service just isn’t worth it. ### 1/5 — Do not purchase anything from this site! *2026-06-06, version 2.3* I had been a customer for years and up until buying a full bottle of perfume. Everything was fine. I purchased a full bottle of Prada candy edp, not sure what I received because it does not smell like anything and I paid over $78 for it. I had already purchased a five ML tester so I know how the perfume is supposed to smell. I reached out multiple times and left text for Customer Service. They have not replied to any of the messages. That was five days ago. I’m going to reach out to my credit card company to see if I can get a resolution. I am very upset. I will not be doing any more business with this company. They are fine so long as there are no issues with your order. But they have gutted any customer service they might have ever had. You can only reach out via email and they don’t respond to the help email they list. Honestly this has soured me on decant sites and colognes in general. I’ll just pick one or two that I’ve liked and go buy them at the airport. I always pay extra for faster delivery and the orders keep arriving late.
