So all my other apps are in dark mode but this one is a bright flash bang on my Home Screen. That said, I don’t think it’s only this app! The MS365 admin web interface is also excruciatingly slow to use and fails to load screens and flyovers half the time. I’m an IT expert of over 20 years, and recently decided to move my business’ email onto the MS ecosystem and it has been surprisingly disappointing how unstable and unreliable Microsoft’s (a supposed “world leader” in technology) business ecosystem is. Coupled with that is a joke of a support team that don’t even know the answers to technical questions that MS Co-Pilot can answer. And then there’s the litany of unexplained “outages” (both reported and unreported by Microsoft) that impact email delivery and sending on a weekly basis. When I click on the link my mail client opens a new email with a txt log file of the activities that occurred when opening the app is attached but there is no email address in the To field so I can’t send it to anyone. It’s slow as molasses, lacks the necessary functionality, and the interface is stuck in the past. Please put some time and effort into fixing it for us admins. When it use to work, it was such a convenient life saver. It defeats the purpose of having a phone app and the mobile site is not easy to use either. I have to remotely connect to a computer and work in a desktop browser for admin console tasks when only have access to my phone.
