Microsoft equalizing a 3 trillion market company boggles my mind as the apps are garbazzzzh ### 3/5 — Search Term Mobile Managament *2024-02-23* Trying to give feature suggestion but points here so.. please add search terms to mobile app as Microsoft’s close variants are not very good and need to be closely monitored. I want to compare how any day is performing by viewing, cost impressions or clicks or Ctr and compare how that metric is doing by the hour on on day against the same metric of the same day of week but on a different week. Right now I can compare it to the previous day. Microsoft has got to be the worst advertising platforms ever. This is the second time I've tried it, and it's now even worse. New and improved to make your experience horrible. ### 1/5 — Deceptive and Dishonest *2021-10-20* Microsoft Ads used to get me conversions that were about $1 cheaper than Google, but I didn’t check for a couple of months and now they cost twice as much. Do not let them do any updates for you. Do not accept their suggested keywords. Only accepts exact matches or you’ll get charged $8 for unrelated clicks. ### 1/5 — Be aware *2021-10-12* Too expensive, too complicate, it’s not real people visiting the site, they do not spend two second in the page. And this app is not for a four year old as it says. A four year old can’t manage moneys or write ads, please!! Not worth it. Now the app won't open and obvious that people can't see them either ### 2/5 — Stop crashing and adding old campaigns *2021-06-08* The app constantly crashes when trying to log in. The app also keeps adding old expensive campaigns that I’ve long deleted back to the list. Even though the UI has been updated, nothing has been changed. None of the mobile sites work on any browsers. I can only make changes or updates on desktop. ### 1/5 — Not any sport service at all *2021-05-14, version 2.18.20* I several time try to call and chat with them but there is nobody to help. On google add there is always an adviser available to guide the users how to run the campaign, what kind of KEYWORDS to use... But in this app there is no way to change the keywords at all, there is no way to change the area. Spent hours setting up the account just to get pulled down before serving any impressions. I own a poke restaurant group in Tampa bay and wanted to test Microsoft ads. Guess I’ll keep our spend on Google / Meta. To be specific, they said they suspected me of not being legit, so their program asked me to upload bank statements, validate that I own the domain, show articles of incorporation, EIN numbers. I can sign up, but I dont want it. Why users have to give you all personal details before they trying app for free? I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS APP. Worse, I paused it because it wasn’t converting, a few days later I was charged again, it unpaused itself! What garbage. Requesting a full refund or a chargeback is happening. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-05-09, version 2.20.34* Can’t even add negative keywords though the app. Can’t send a support request in the app. Support pages send you to the APP STORE. Attempting to write a help request brings you to a page asking you to download the app that you already have. Comical. ### 1/5 — Don’t Advertise Here *2023-03-27* Had an advertising account going until about 1 week ago it was randomly suspended. Autopay is on, never had any issues until this random one. Try talking to someone to have them tell me they have no explanation as to why it was closed & can’t give me an explanation either. Wouldn’t trade them for any other. They’re so helpful and not extremely strict on policies. I also really love how you can easily get someone on chat or get a call right away. This alone is by far the best. Google Ads or FB have nothing in comparison even if they have the biggest market share. Thanks Microsoft Ads! I've used all of their platforms over the last ten years, was in-fact one of their very first customers when it was Adcenter. They've come a long ways and although they're teams are bit difficult to work with at times, (when it comes to campaign problems) they still do 100x times better than the leading competitor, and the Mobile app far out weighs any other and.... that's why I highly recommend MicrosoftAds! Gooooooo Bing it baby!!!! ### 5/5 — Love it and works excellent *2022-03-02* You want a platform that works and is very reliable versus Google choose bing if you have the right set up and ads to Run this platform will run very smoothly. You can transfer what you have from your Google account over to the platform of Bing and run your same ads. Google has too many policy changes and regulations since the pandemic with me it was hurting my family greatly and my business goals because they kept suspending my account over 7 times. I switched to bing my exact same set up I had with Google, I turned it on as soon as I turned it on I started getting clicks and calls immediately and making money. I love this platform.
