You have to have candidates in you personal contact list in order to message or call. Of course I am logged into my Microsoft account on multiple devices. Hello, it's 2019. 2. There is no option to clear the error message, no link to log in again, no advice on how to avoid being locked out of the app in the future. The app is just laying there like a dead fish stinking up the place. This is a non-starter issue. Crew offers features such as icons of people have read each individual post and can tell me at any time the last time a member logged into the app. Not only is Crew a great place for communication but also for accountability. No second guessing if someone read your posted message and no guessing if while people are working from home, if they are logging in to check messages.
