i have complaint for services for my inverter,till now none of their technician has call me for services,they are telling to wait 3 more days,i am in dark room due to unavailability of electricity in my room,and they have no effect about customer trouble,i am regretting after buying microtek product,so i requested to all please don't buy their product for good services,they have very bad services😡

When one calls the customer care they ask you to register complaint through the app. While on the app they have provided phone number to call and register the complaint 

Not able to login or register with another number.

And when you call the customer care number they ask you to register on the app. What a pathetic vicious useless loop.

The app doesn’t work. Website complaint submission process doesn’t work. Whatsapp complaint process doesn’t work. Finally managed to get a hold of a phone support rep after following the IVR, verbally she told me after getting all the details that i will get an sms with my complaint number but that sms was never received. So in short they are not spending anything on their customer support side. Such companies should not survive in market. That’s why i said **ck them by not buying any of their products.

Pathetic company, pathetic product and super pathetic application and service. It’s been 4 days since I complained on their WhatsApp number but none of them responds. While you call the customer service, they ask to complain on the app which doesn’t even start..
