This is new, so now you have to wait for all of the graphics to load then scroll down to see your accounts. Everyone should understand the main reason people use the app is for quick access to their account balances and to see transactions not pop ups about credit scores and anything else. Takes 3 times to deposit a check — if that even works. Needs a app update or something to fix this bug because it’s super annoying to not be able to deposit a check. ### 1/5 — Good for checking balances. BAD for depositing checks. *2019-03-15, version 6.2.5409* The new app has tremendous problems when depositing checks. It hangs and stalls with no way out. The big sell of the app was the ability to remotely deposit checks but I cannot count on this feature. Off I go to the branch office to deposit more checks. I hope the developer works this out. ### 1/5 — When will this be fixed *2019-01-08* I will not update this app until a new version is released. Reviews of this Oct 2018 version are HORRIBLE. Hasn't the management seen these reviews? A credit union is owned and operated by its members. If members are consistently complaining about the latest update to the online banking app, the credit union management should jump on it - withdraw this update, fix it, and re-release a new, improved, fully tested update RIGHT AWAY! ### 1/5 — Cannot get to mobile deposit *2018-11-24* The main reason for this app is to deposit old style paper checks, using a smart phone. On the iPhone, this dopey app doesn’t even allow you to click “I Acept“ on the terms and conditions page. That’s because the right side of the screen is totally blocked out by a ghost of the previous menu. A 10-year-old must’ve developed this app as part of her high school project. But after a year of use, really do like it. I can transfer between banks and manage most things. As a member who once lived near my bank, I sold my home and moved 3 hours away. But this is my bank of 30 years and it is the best bank for services. I don’t know how they do it, but calls always go right through. My only problem was how to get sensitive documents like drivers license, etc for loans. It is too far to drive and copies in faxes and mail can be risky.
