Allison took care of that quickly and also cleared up an insurance issue that kept popping up every couple months. Allison had to research the discrepancy and then called me later that day to advise the issue had been solved. Charges you a “transfer fee” if you have something in savings and nothing in checking. It keeps saying I’m locked out of my account and I’ll go days without being able to access my money. I don’t live in central Oregon anymore so the app and website are my only sources to check my balances. Both constantly crash or tell me I’m “locked out” and ask to reset my password which won’t work either. And then magically it works after they fix the issues for a little bit. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had here. Last year when my debit card expired they claimed an error happened and they didn’t mail my new card in time. It was lost in the mail and i had to wait about a month before i got a new one which was sent twice.
