Mobile App for Raymond to connect them with their Dealers, Retailers and Channel Partners for Real-time Sales Order, Latest Update on New Products, Catalogue & Order

It has following features for real-time transaction and engagement.

a.    Order Placement
- Easy to use and intuitive order screens
- User friendly key pad for convenient order placement
- SKU photos are shown

b.   Order Tracking
- Order details
- Confirmation
- Invoiced

- Dispatch

c.   Multi Supplier Module
- The order can be automatically directed to the authorised suppliers of the company in case of multiple suppliers based on pin code or area mapping
- The suppliers will have a complete visibility of the order and fulfilment for this area

d.   Notifications
- Real- time notifications for promotions or any communication with photo, audio, video, file etc.
- Notifications automatically move to the expired tab after expiry


e.   Help Desk
- Fro escalation of any unresolved issues
- Tracking the response from the company
