Banking made easy. Well done MFCU! ### 5/5 — Please fix *2014-12-04* This app is no longer working on my iPad or iPhone. It use to work, but now when I sign in I get a message saying user lockout. The user name is correct because it is allowing me into the sight just not through the app. Deleting and downloading the app again is not fixing the problem. It just says sorry try again and then I get the wheel of death. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-12-14* The worst banking app i’ve ever used. It is impossible to pay bills on here if you do not have their checking account. Good luck trying to link an external one as it will take days. It’s apparent from using the new app that Midcoast FCU picked the lowest bid, with no care about user experience. Some buttons are essentially invisible (dark teal on slightly lighter teal), some “back” buttons use the wrong icons, system gestures and interactions just don’t work as expected. This new app is lazy, cheap, quick-churn cross platform garbage, and shows a lack of effort, attention, and care for the experience of MFCU’s users. On the old app I had separate logins for personal and shared accounts so I could at least make mobile deposits into each as needed by logging in using the correct login, but on the new app I can only make mobile deposits into the shared account since that was the login both were merged into. This means the new app is currently less functional for me than the old one. This is an issue that should have been caught and fixed during testing since this is likely a common problem given the number of people that have both a personal and shared account. Other than this very annoying issue I do like the app and would otherwise have given it 4 or 5 stars. **Developer response:** Hi jerice01, We apologize for the early issues and thank you for your feedback. There is no way for our payroll system to type payroll for week…it has to be hand typed and not written, AND I have to email a copy of ck and stub and both an employee if I want use of the money in less than 3 days. The new mobile banking will not save my password like the old one did Dedee ### 4/5 — So close to perfect *2023-05-24* I love banking with Midcoast; however, the new app update needs some minor tweaking. I'm already missing the easy-to-find routing number and the fact that in the old version, the routing number was able to be copied ensuring that it was always correct when you needed to use it. Having to switch back and forth between apps because I can no longer copy and paste is cumbersome and leaves (unnecessary) room for error! **Developer response:** Hi Kmoro10! I am able to log in through the app on iPhone and through the website but still getting the lockout error on iPad. App has been deleted and downloaded again and still getting the error. This app would be great to have on the iPad, please fix. ### 4/5 — Useful but I have a request. *2013-06-07* This app is very helpful for the things I use it for; checking balances, seeing if a bill has come out, and transferring funds. All the people have always explained there was ever any confusion just overall a great experience.
