## What is Middle Ground?

Middle Ground is a calmer way for two people to decide things together.

Instead of a back-and-forth that turns into an argument, you send a request — dinner on Friday, who handles the dishes, a weekend away — and the other person answers in one tap: accept, decline, counter, or suggest a new time. Everything stays in one place, so nobody has to remember who said what.

WHY IT WORKS

• One decision at a time. A request is a single question with a clear answer, not a thread that drifts.
• Answers, not arguments. Every response is a real option — including "not this, but how about this instead".
• Only the recipient can answer. You cannot close a shared decision on your own.

Your requests are readable only by you and the person you paired with — enforced on our servers, not just in the app. No ads, no data sold, no third-party trackers. Delete your account and everything tied to it from inside the app, whenever you want.
