I placed an order with Mideast Grocers, got charged, but never received my items. Reached out multiple times — no reply, no resolution. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

I ordered from Mideast Grocers and my order was never delivered. Got zero response to my emails and live chat messages. Total disappointment. I hope this benefits others to save the hassle and shop elsewhere.

A go to for all Middle Eastern items, they truly have everything you need in one place. Impressive variety of options, competitive prices, and most of all excellent customer service. The app is easy to navigate through making it a seamless shopping experience. Glad I discovered it and totally recommend it to others.
