It currently doesn't open on iOS 13, though the version history said it supports iOS 13. The app is probably compiled with bugged xcode 13.2/13.3 which makes the app to require  libswift_Concurrency.dylib and related swift currency features but doesn't embed the concurrency library manually with the app. The app crashes immediately on launch.
