It worked very well. Now it doesn’t. Every now and then I reload it to see if maybe it has been fixed. But it hasn’t. It used to freeze when opening the editor, now it’s frozen as soon as I open the app. I know that this app is created by one person. The only reason it’s 4 stars is due to the extra downloadable content seemingly no longer available or has some sort of bug issue preventing the downloading of content ### 1/5 — Hi *2018-06-20* I’m not getting any audio ### 1/5 — Yikes *2018-05-15* Horrible super slow lol 18 bucks to the garbage ... disconnects as soon as you start playing keys ### 5/5 — The best midi controller on iPad for synths/samplers *2017-01-08, version 2.2* I've been using this for some time to control my hardware and vst synths, samplers and effects plugins via customised XY pads and other controllers. You build your own controller and configure them to use any midi CC number you wish, they can also send multiple CCs at the same time from each individual control. To my knowledge it is the best there is on the iPad for synths and samplers, I haven't tried it as a controller my DAW, there may be better more specialised options for that. Coupled with MusicIO and using the lightning connector instead of wifi it's virtually zero latency. ### 3/5 — Good but editor is frustrating and basic *2016-04-07, version 2.2* This is a nice app and does its basic function well however there is a lot of room for improvement. There is little documentation on how to use the app other than making a midi connection to your computer. So learning what things do is trial and error. App support is none existent. I asked some basic questions several days ago and have had no response. For a paid app I expect better. Creating custom layouts is a great feature, and the main reason i bought the app, however it is a frustrating process. If the developers could only add one feature to this it would be a copy and paste function. It would save a lot of time. Some other nice features to have would be an undo function, auto arranging/spacing of objects in a container, some documentation on the logic of how tabs and containers work and the option of having a different background colour or image would be good too. Oh and a forum on the developer website where users could share their layouts would be great. ### 5/5 — Very nice MIDI controller *2016-01-14, version 2.2* Excellent for controlling iPad synths and Auria Pro. ### 5/5 — The Best Midi controller Bundle on iTunes *2015-10-28* Don't let the price scare you. Nothing on here even comes close.
